Another Bunn in the oven?

Former US Congressman, Jim Bunn, was one of the late filers in Oregon's House District 24.

Bunn, who served one-term in the US House of Reprsentatives, was defeated by Congresswoman Darlene Hooley in 1996 after he divorced his wife to marry his chief of staff prior to the election.

Bunn will face off against Ed Glad and Jim Weidner in the GOP primary and former McMinnville City Councillor, Al Hanson in the general election.

Bunn has spent most of the last 10 years as a prison guard in the Yamhill County jail.
